These images taken mid-winter to capture the snows and winter flavour of the forested areas. Though it was a light year for snow it was still too deep to get high into the mountains.

These images were taken mid-winter during our trip up the local hills. We were not able to get as high as desired due to snow depth at the higher elevations. The stream showed slight increases in flow giving a fuller look to the water. Generally, it was a very pleasant day for photography, resulting in a few good shots.
