I am always amazed at how fleeting a sunset is and how different they can be from day to day at the same location. This evening was no different; this image was taken just after I decided to pack up my gear! In the last moments of the evening my persistence was rewarded with several phenomenal sights. The vertical element of this image adds the grandeur of the clouds to the already powerful mixture of colour.
